Having an "off day"? Struggling with lockdown and solitude?
Sometimes we wish we had a crystal ball to know that everything is going to turn out okay. If we know that things are going to work out well, we will keep striving ahead. This pandemic has undoubtedly made it a tough time for many, with many people fearing the unknown and the unfamiliarity associated with it, leaving the feeling of dread in not knowing how things will work out in the end. The human spirit however has a brave and remarkable way of continuing on in moments of doubt and despair, embodying a defiant stance of not giving up on what is important, ensuring that self-empowerment will prevail!
To ease the "Hermit-Mode" blues (that none of us are immune to feeling), and to assist with the process of striving ahead in uncertain times, it is important to firstly recognise the following: that the dark and the light exists for our own good. Human nature is in need of the dark to heal, to effectively absorb the goodness and life-giving energy of the light. Light is life, but without the darkness we cannot thrive! The world during this time is giving us an out of the ordinary opportunity to recover from oftentimes, excess light exposure, meaning, we are being propelled to recover from the overwhelming busyness of our frantic, monotonous, modern-day lives.
So during this time of prescribed solitude, it is important to remain bold and to embrace your powerful self by reserving time to rest, rejuvenate and repair. This will enable you to have a better sense of who you are, what your values are and what you truly wish to achieve moving forward. You will also find that you will gain so much support from the universe, as by asking and believing that you will have the assistance you need, you will receive.
The moral of this message is to be at peace with your solitude. It will build a greater innate strength and power within you which will lead you to the light once again, yet this time it will guide you down your best path!
